🔄 Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for most regular items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- The item must not be damaged, altered, or worn
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Because many of our products are limited edition collectible coins, some items may not be eligible for return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Limited edition coins
- Special release items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance / final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without approval
These restrictions help us maintain product quality for collectors.
🔁 Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is usually 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Due to irreversible payment processing costs, a 30% processing fee may apply if an order is canceled after it has entered payment processing.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged in transit
- The wrong item was sent

❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
If cancellation is approved after processing has started, a 30% processing fee may be deducted due to payment gateway and handling costs.
